Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.
Online Orders
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are issued only under limited circumstances at our discretion.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Apparel must be unworn with tags attached.

Please inspect and try on items immediately upon arrival.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or similar stains will be shipped back at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

Home decor must be returned in its original packaging.
Final Sale: Not Eligible for Return

Personalized items are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing error on our end.
Damaged Items
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, or the item is no longer eligible for return. Please email a photo of the damage to lindsay.reynolds@cohensretreat.com.
How to Return an Item

Securely repackage the item(s) and include the form inside the box.

Ship to the address below using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and email us the tracking number.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1-2 business days, and store credit will be issued for the item price plus applicable tax. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and items cannot be added or removed. To request a size change before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible:

We'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't been fulfilled. Cohen's Retreat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
In-Store Returns
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt and original packaging. No cash refunds.
Final sale items in-store: fragrance, jewelry, food, sale/markdown, special orders, and consignment/local artisan items.
Items returned damaged, without a receipt, or outside the return window are subject to manager approval.
Approvals: Available on artwork and rugs for up to 24 hours. If merchandise is held longer than 48 hours or returned damaged, the card on file will be charged.
We accept cash and card only, no checks.
