RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for an exchange or website credit only up to 14 days from the date you received your order. We do not issue refunds.

  • Clothing is eligible for exchange or website credit within 14 days after the package has been received. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival.  The item(s) must be unworn and have the tags attached to be available for exchange or website credit.  
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • All jewelry, food products, special orders, and gifts are final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective. 
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please send photo via email of damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 
  • Home decor items must be returned in their original packaging. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Sale and coupon code items are final sale.
  • Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is a mistake in manufacturing your order. 
HOW TO SEND A RETURN BACK:

Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Complete the return form located at the bottom of  the page and include it inside all boxes you are returning.

Securely repackage your items for shipping.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed by Cohen's Retreat.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from or added to the order. If you would like to change the size of an item before it ships feel free to contact us via e-mail at lindsay.morin@cohensretreat.com or 912-355-3336 ext 3. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not been fulfilled. Personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.

In-store Return Policy:

Returned items at our physical location are eligible for a exchange or store credit for the purchase price within 14 days of purchase! No refunds. No returns on jewelry, food products, sale and special order, all local artisan items. Please ask us about item approvals.
