Warranty Coverage:
Our scent machines are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in
materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. The limited warranty
only includes the air pump and circuit board.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Cosmetic wear or damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Issues caused by using non-approved fragrance oils
• Returns for non-defective or fully functioning units
• Normal maintenance needs, such as cleaning

Exchange Policy
• To protect product integrity and ensure fair handling of all claims, the
following protocols must be followed:
1. Exchange Requests Must Be Pre-Approved
All return requests must be submitted via email and include:
o Proof of purchase
o A detailed description of the issue
o A video clearly showing the issue (machine plugged in, oil canister
inserted, power on, etc.)

2. Functional Machines Are Non-Exchangeable
If the unit is fully operational based on testing or provided video, the return will
not be accepted.

3. Inspection Required Before Replacement
Once a unit is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the machine is
determined to be defective, a replacement will be issued. If no defect is found, the
item will be returned to the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

4. Exchange Window
Returns for defective machines must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. After
that, warranty repair/replacement applies.

How to Avoid Issues
• Always use approved fragrance oils
• Follow proper machine setup and maintenance instructions
• Clean your machine every 3-4 weeks by filling the empty oil canister with
Isopropyl alcohol and run the machine for 10 minutes. Discard the Isopropyl
alcohol and fill the canister with the approved fragrance oils
